Product Features
- QTJ4-26 concrete block machine is a new custom-designed model aimed to hollow block, porous brick and standard brick production at home and abroad.
- QTJ4-26 concrete block machine uses a special double-ended output vibration technology to optimize vibrators so that the vibration force within the uniform will be distributed equably.
- The blocks produced by this machine are with high density, good strength and fast moulding speed. The design of this machine is very reasonable. Pushing-pulling mould is driven by electric motor and aggregate feeding is manual or automatic, which is very simple to operate.
- The lifting and lowering of mould, product moulding, and start of both vibrators are finished by electric control and mechanical cooperation, which makes the block making process accurately and no damage by incorrect operation.
