QTF3-20 color paver forming machine is a practical machine that simple in structure, artistic in figure. Especially suitable to the production of the paving brick,bread brick , it can produce various kinds of paving bricks,roads bricks etc.

Man-machine interface, control system equipped with complete logic control, production program, malfunction diagnosis system and remote control function. So it doesn't need a professional person but only need a simple trained one to the operator.

Applier products: It produces various bricks/blocks including color-face bricks (layered material feeding),through-body tiles,lock linkage blocks, road curb bricks, hydraulic blocks,hollow blocks, perforated bricks, and standard bricks etc.
Direction for use
1. Raw material feeding. After mixing cement, sand, water, quarry etc, material will be delivered in to hopper via conveyor belt.
2. Up mold goes to back, and raw material falls down from hopper, after feeding, up mold fall down then platform start to vibrate for molding.
3. Block conveyor will convey blocks after molding, use trolley to take it to curing area.
Other settings for production
Except for block making machine, you will also need batching machine, cement silo, mixer, conveyor belt and stacker.
Production requirement:
1. Area: Workshop area: 100m2, all factory area 1000m2, the bigger, the better.2. Workers : 3-4.
3. Ratio of raw material:cement 8%-10% sand 30%-40% stone:50%-60%,about cement :sand : stone is1:4:5.
4. Hollow block weight: (390*190*190) :17KG,(190*140*190):13.5KG,(390*90*190):10KG
5. Water consumption per day:3%-5% of raw material weight.

30% as down deposit by T/T ,70% as the balance paid by T/T before loading(L/C is also acceptable).

Yes,the above price includes one set mould.
