Community-LEGO House The Brick Molding Machine (40502) officially unveiled

LEGO revealed their next LEGO House exclusive package, the Brick Forming Machine (40502). The set has 1,205 pieces and the retail price is 599 DKK. You can only buy it at Lego House.

The latest products of the LEGO® House Exclusives limited edition series will soon be on sale at the LEGO House retail store in Billund, Denmark.

Since the opening of LEGO® House, creating exclusive products has been an important milestone for LEGO House, because we believe they greatly increase the experience of visiting LEGO House-the pinnacle of the LEGO experience.

The first three exclusive products are LEGO House Architecture set, LEGO House creative tree and LEGO House Dinosaurs.

One thing is to transform our iconic model in LEGO House into a LEGO suit. But because we also want to closely link the LEGO Group, especially the history of the LEGO Group, to the LEGO House, we have launched this new series, which we call: The LEGO House Limited Edition, which makes sense. The wooden duck is the first product in the limited edition series of Lego House.

We are now happy to announce the latest product in the limited edition series-Brick Forming Machine! The building block forming machine represents an era in the history of the LEGO Group, from the production of wooden toys to the production of plastic toys. This is a story about concentrating all efforts on one focal point and setting aside your core competence to explore new possibilities and technologies for producing toys from plastic materials.

The first machine arrived in Billund in 1947 and required up to four people to effectively operate a machine manually.

Today, the LEGO Group has approximately 1,000 molding machines worldwide, and one LEGO employee can operate 32 machines. The Billund factory alone can produce 1,360 Lego components from these machines per second.

At Lego House, guests can experience the real molding machine up close. This green machine is the same molding machine found in Lego production sites in Denmark, Hungary, Mexico and China. However, the difference is that it has a special custom mold and the design contains only six bricks. Standard molds produce more bricks.

• In 1946, Ole Kirk Kristiansen bought the first molding machine after attending a demonstration of a plastic injection molding machine at an exhibition in Copenhagen. • In 1949, the Plastics Division of the LEGO® Group produced various toys. • Including the company's first batch of plastic bricks, sold under the name "automatic binding bricks". • At 1:58 pm on January 28, 1958, Hyundai Lego bricks were born, because the unique clutch power was patented. • In 1960, the second-generation owner Godtfred Kirk Christiansen decided to put all his eggs in one basket and focus only on Lego bricks. • A real molding machine can be found in the Lego House, where guests can see it up close. It is the same as other Lego production bases, but only six blocks are produced when customized, and the running speed is slower. • In the 1960s and 1970s, Godtfred Kirk Christiansen began pouring decommissioned molds into the concrete foundations of the new factory in Billund to prevent them from falling into the wrong hands. • In the historical collection of Lego House, you can also find discarded molds hidden on the floor for visitors to view.

• The building block forming machine represents the era of LEGO Group from producing wooden toys to plastic toys. • The dimensions of the 1205 models are as follows: height 7.4 inches (19 cm), depth 5.9 inches (15 cm), and width 11.4 inches (29 cm). • The base includes tiles with the words "LEGO® House" and "The Brick Molding Machine" printed on it. • Ideal for LEGO® block lovers and toy memorabilia collectors. • Suitable for 10 years old and above. • Price: 599 DKK • This set is only available at Lego House
